Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

The house( In which i am leaving since Birth 1982) was given by Govt of India at the Time of partition under The Displaced Persons (Compensation And Rehabilitation) Act, 1954 as a CLAIM.

That time My Father( Minor),Grandmother, bua(Minor),Uncles(Minor) against the property of my Grandfather left in Pakistan(who died at the time of partition in Pakistan),

My bua who live in seprate home along with my Uncles had fraudly taken this house and other property under her name from my Grandmother( who was not sound at the time of WILL) in which my father is also having the share for which we are fighting a case in Houn'abe court in Kanpur and Allahabad High Court under different Sections( Allahabad case we won)since 11 years and case is STILL UNDERPROCESS in kanpur Court( VICHARdhen hai court mai)

In Dec'12 she has sold this house to some persons( who are not good persons and giving threating to vocat the house or else not good for us) she sold this house in MIDDLE of a case whose matter is under process in Court(Vichardhen).

my Grandmother got this property as claim( she has not made this property by his own) against the property my GRAND FATHER LEFT IN PAKISTAN,coz that time all the sons( My father, uncle and Bhua) were minor

Registered will was made on 1986 and thereafter In 1992 my gandmother written a letter to Ministry of Defence(MES) where my father work's that she is still the owner of the property and want the Government to deduct the HRA of my father on the gound that this property is DEEMED TO BE A GOVERNMENT PROPERTY AND thereafter government had deducted the HRA from my father's salary for 4 years.

If the WILL and house registery was made on 1986 in my Bua's name then is it Lawful or legally correct to use the still the owner of the home ? was not this farud ?

Bhua sell this property in the middle of the case, IS not this insult of the hon'able Court ?

she sold the house in dec'12 still she is coming to the court whenever case date comes but never told us or the hon'able court that she had sold the house

We are not getting any any Help from local Authorities like Police and administration in this regard

Pls Pls help Us....
