Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i left my previous company in dec 2012. as i had submit my resignation to company. now after 3 months they start ringing me up with cross questioning against some documentation issues raised in audit of march . they are trying to bl aim me for the mess in accounting. At my telephonic discussion with them i cleared that audit was done at that time when i was in my resigning period and apart from that i also given my handover to the seniors before leaving. they simply bl aimed me and planned for police FIR. so please tell me what should i do and how can i save my self.
