Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Police and a college leader under the influence of SDM filed a FIR against me that I sell noxious milk and police applied IPC section 272, 273 and arrested me. I got bail after four days, I remained in jail for four days. No evidence, no noxious sample report was there. I have faced social, mental and financial loss due to this and now i would like to claim for the same against police. So please tell me what, when and where to claim for the same.
