Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A resident of Ghaziabad files a complaint with Social welfare deptt of Delhi for domestic violenceagainst her husbandand same is forwarded to crime branch Delhi police. Does delhi police have jurisdiction over a Ghaziabad resident? The police inspector claims he has jurisdiction all over NCR. Is it correct?
