Respected vishva arya sir,
I am falsly involved by a cross complainant in sec 67 of IT act for sending obscene sms.
Complainant did conspiracy against me to involve in said case. Can I get bail from police station in said case ?

the data of the sms/ email can tell whether you are correct or wrong. if you can show that you are prima facie not wrong then you can get the bail
