i had given rs125000/- to my friend and he gave me blank cheque in reply to the cash from his sb ac with his sign but it is bounced and i want to know weather i can file a case us138 but i dont have any other documents signed by him in proof,cheque was bounced today only. can i file and get my money?

You have two options , 1st - filing of a criminal case u/s 138 N.I act and 2nd Civil case of recovery U/O 37 CPC .
