Section 294 Cr.P.C.

In divorce petition, respondent-wife has admitted some facts.

She conceals those facts in 498-A filed by her.

Can husband take the help of section 294 Cr.P.C. to get her admit the document? What is the ruling/law on this aspect? Does court will support me if I move an application u/s 294 Cr.P.C.?

You can call upon the advocate of otherside, to admit those documents under section 294 of CRPC.

So far so as the admission of fact is concerned, you can get certified copy of the said admission, and use at as your evidence, to prove a paritcular fact, show court, that such facts have been supressed.

court doesnt support in anything and u are supposed to take the support from law.

if she has admitted any document anywhere then u can take the certified copy from that file and present it in the present case.
