what is the time limit of Anticipatory Bail,when once a person allowed /Granted Anticipatory Bail by the Court ?

As stated in the order.

Please note that law laid down by Justice Pasayat to keep a time limit for operation of anticipatory bail has been reversed by Justice Bhandari in the recent ruling of Siddhram Mehtre.

once an anticipatory bail is granted, one has to comply with the conditions mentioned in the bail at the time of arrest and he can evade arrest. after the matter goes to court, regular bail is to be sought by furnishing bail bonds.
