Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my wife has filed crpc 125 for maintenance for getting rid of me after sending me out but she is living in the flat I bought and has enough money of mine. the flat has been transferred by settlement to my mother as she could stay and other brothers could visit.
Now if maintenance granted, shall I insist on getting back the flat and agree to pay any compensation in lieu of shelter to her ?
