Legal Question in Education Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam
I am the student of LL.M of Allahabad University Session 2009-2011, due to a malafide intention the university administration has given minimum marks in both the session due to which i am unable to score 55%.I want to go for a legal action against the university administration, please give me a guidance regarding the above problem.

You can take action against malafide intention of university administration but what they did in your issue ?
