Legal Question in Education Law in India
I took education loan of Rs. 1,00,000/- in 2005 for my B Tach degree. Till no i pay only the following installments:
3700/-
10000/-
5000/-
And my acc. is transferred to a NPA category. I am not in the position to pay the loan till this December. Is there be any way out??? After December I will start paying.
