Legal Question in Education Law in India
my mom n dad have done their education in karnataka.they have almost lived 20 years in karnataka.but neither of them have their domicile certificate.now i have to give kcet.so can they get domicile certificate now?if yes,then how?

in case either of your parents has acquired immoveable property in any part of the karnataka, then also they or their children entitled to domicile certificate. One needs to go to the office of DM and apply their. You may check your local web site
