Service tax
Whether service tax shall be charged on royalty income including VAT or on royalty income excluding VAT?

though i am not very clear about the taxes but this i know that there can not be two taxes of same kind on a subject.
either of two will be levied in normal circumstances. royalty income will call for income tax and not for other taxes.
