In Society, trees grown in common areas cannot be cut without approval or sanction from the socieity. But if the tree is in private area, and it disturbes the peaceful enjoyment of owner of other property, then that other person has right to cut that part of tree, that falls within his territory, disturbing his rights, subject to proior notice to other person.

However, final advise shall be given after considering your entire case at length.
