If you are governed by Hindu Law, there is no way you should think of a second marriage in a situation like you. You may suffer criminal prosecution and a possible jail term.

If you are a muslim you can. In case of others 2nd marriage when first has not been divorced is not only null and void but also an offence of Bigamy under IPC.

If you aremuslim you can goahead but if yoiu belong to any other religion it amounts to Bygamy which is punishable.

Do not indulge into another marriage if you are not a Muslim. You could be committing an offence under the IPC and may land yourself in Jail.
