Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am 25 yrs old & hail from india,indepensdent.my problem is that my passport and eductaional certificates is being withheld by my parents,they say that they will not return it to me until i leave my wife i feel it is totally unfair can u plz suggest how can i move forward.b.coz of this i had to compromise on good jobs

Your parents cannot withheld your documents, certificates etc., try to solve your problem amicably with some mediators. If there is no other way then you lodge a complaint to police.

Kindly file a case under 406 I.P.C criminal breach of trust against your parents otherwise mediate
you may simply lodge a non cognizable report in the nearest police station and then apply for the duplicate passport and certificates.
