My father-in-law is a judicial officer. so i have a doubt that whether he is influencing the judge.Few people are saying in the same year the OP will not come for trail. and every week adjurnments are there. My husband is in hurry to take this divorce decree.bcz he applied for green card in USA. If the Judge is influenced by my father in-law then i will not get justice. Please help me how should i approach.

In your situation, you need to ask your representative to enforce your rights in the court in an aggressive manner. It can only be ascertained after going through the order whether it is an influenced order. You may read more about your rights on my website www.karvai.in
