child custody for father
i have three kids, my son is 13 yrs old and my twins daughter are 8 yrs and 6 months and is being tortured by my wife whon is real mother, doesnt cook food, beating and abusing them, making them work like servant.at three o clock in the morning making them naked and making them walk on road, i want to give them good life with better education in boarding school, they are in dubai, can u help me please, dubai law has given me divorce as sharia law, but i am hindu, please guide me and help me

You can surely ask for custody of your children or at least access to them for taking care of their education and other well - being. please provide me details about residency and citizenship status of your wife and children to enable me to guide you further.

Take divorce as per indian law and file a petition for custody of children on grounds above mentioned.

This is absolute cruelty.
You should take divorce as per Indian Law and file a petition for the possesion of the children and mean time gather enough evidences to prove this allegations.
