Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir

on the ex party judgment day my wife and their advocate were present and gave a petition and again we filed a counter and judge has accepted the same and fined her with Rs. 500 now judge has announced cross exam in the next hearing what will happen in that how it will be ... i wish to live with my wife so i have filed RCR Case and the questions will be asked to me or to my wife

Please need your advise ...
