what shall a man should do if his wife&his In-laws are not behaving properly,troubleing,scaring,cheating& irrtating him.

Divorce petition can be filed on the grounds of cruelty. Against cheating & scaring, you may complain to the police. But to keep marriage life intact and health, it is advisable to sort out the solution of your all problem and dispute yourself or if required than with help of your nearer and dearer

it is happening everywhere as people are not able to adjust with each other

with pacy life relationships are being left behind and everybody is getting self centred more and more.

try to sort things out if possible otherwise go for divorce on cruelty and any other applicable ground.

This is more a social problem then a legal problem, which should be solve maturely and by negotiaions.

If your wife and in laws are doing all purposefully then it is better to get yourself releived from it by taking divorce.

So far so as cheating is concerned, it is required tobe know as to what is the cheating that they have done. And for that you can certainly file police complaint.
