does forceful agreement between brothers by police in police station is valid ?

we have land eqal hals for each brother. but there are no limits and partion was not decided for whom which side. Now the problem is yourger brother saying that he will get his half part on road side.

but elder brother say both has to get road so that partion will be straigt facing road.

can you guide us to proceed further.

Firstly any agreement / deed signed by any party under coercion / duress / by undue influence / threat it is not valid. If you have substantial evidence in support of your claim it is open for you file a civil suit for partition as well as a criminal complaint with the specific charges you have against the culprits.

Secondly both brothers shall have access to the road. Without passage to the road that can�t be divided.
