As regards your query you have not mentioned the date and governing legislation under which you have got married , anyways as per the the limited facts as naratted in brief you need to sort out your existing marriage before you plunge into another issues. You need to also sort out and look in to the fact that your friend is also married. You need to consult a Matrimonial Legal counsel for further compliances as regards your query. You cannot being married have any other relationship or affair outside as per law which is absolutely illegal and punishable in the eyes of law. If required you may file divorce by consent and sort out the issues of custody and maintenence of your wife and cild by entering into consent terms before the court. You may go for divorce and you have good chance but court may not grant you custody of female child because father may not be proved good guardian after certain age for girl.You have to give causes for custody of your daughter.

you can proceed for divorce and get the same by mutual consent, but you have to show that you two are separated since last more than one year. no hassle in divorce unless other partner contests.
