Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello,
My dad was working for central govt. He passed away few weeks ago. My dad was married twice and both the wives have been legally divorced. His first wife has two children(both male - one is me) and the second wife has no children. My dad had nominated his gratuity and other benefits on both his sons and his second wife(second wife before being legally divorced and was about to change the nomination again few days ago before he passed away). Please advise, if the second wife has any claim on his benefits now as she has been legally divorced. My dad has built a house for the second wife and given her good comforts whereas me and my bro and mom are now living in a rented house.

If already divorced before death then she cannot claim any right in the property. The other legal heirs only have the right in the property.

You may supply a copy of the divorce decree and claim removal of her names from the list of nominees for gratuity and other benefits.
