Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

In my DV Case, interim orders were passed rejecting all releifs claimed by my ex wife on Feb 02 2011. The case was posted to Petitioners evidence, and the petiitoner did not turn up even after 4 dates. The Judge sent a final date stating that the petitioner MUST be present on the 5ht date. On 24 March 2011, (after 55+ days) she came to the court and filed some application for revocation of the interim orders! The Judge was angry, and posted it for my objections to next week.

Please let me know what are my options now. She si working, has a house in her own name and hence the IA for maintenance and residence were rejected.

if your wife has sufficient income to support herself, then court will reject her claim.
