hindu succession act

The property in question was self acquired by my grandfather in his village.it was equally divided into his 5 sons after his death in 1958. four daughters were not given any share. now my father transferred all his land to my brother during his lifetime i.e. 4months before his death (sept 2007)without giving any share to his wife and 2daughters. he says he did it as per punjab notification in which you can transfer agricultural land to your blood relation. can we get any share out of it?
