Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a hindu from Tamilnadu and working in Qatar, i have one brother and sister. My father is a person who mismanages the finance and hence we had several debts. After i studied and started to work i repaid lot of his debts and took the burden of paying for all the 3 marraiges. Last year my parents decided to partition the deeds (They got from their parents) and they did it and they gave an extra portion for me, since i had closed their debts. Now we 3 have a seperate patta. Just in case if my elder brother wants a file a case saying the partition was not fair and i recived a bigger share ( How could i do necessary steps now to protect myself in the future). Also my father is still getting debts (Eventhough i send them money for their living every month) and how can i getaway from the obligations of not paying the debt from now on.

After partition, you have no obligation to make any payment to you father unless that is a part of any settlement.
