Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a hindu and my wife is a christian, we both married as per hindu culture and she lived as an hindu after marriage. Now she is going back to her religon, so I am planning for a divorce. I have a son, one and half years old. I strongly want him to follow the hindu religon and not the pentecostal. Is it possible. Please advise me on this.

let religion not spoil your married life and let your wife practise whatever religion she wants. even you know that God is one and we named him christ or Krishna. however, your love for your child must be stronger than your inclination towards religion. still if you hell bent upon taking divorce, you may not get it under special marriage act solely on the ground of conversion.
