Legal Question in Family Law in India

My mother is a second wife to my father who got married with the consent of his first wife. the first wife has 2 children and i am the only child to my mother.my father has kept all his property in the name of his first wife. can i still claim share in that property?also, in all the property papers of my mother's own earned property, my father has kept as "bhartha poshana" (telugu). now do i need to get his signatures to sell or own that property?can his first wife's children have any share in my mother's property?

If your mother is the absolute owner of any property, she can dispose of the same in any manner she likes; children of your father's first wife may not be entitled to claim any share in her property.
