my husband has deprived all my rights

my husband has deserted me with in 2 mths of our marriage,i am deprived of my rights on my legal home,infact all my jewellery personal belongings besides me repeated requests are denied.pls help my parents spent all wht they saved in their lifetime.they dont know hw to bring justice

You have not mentioned the place of ur marriage and the place ur and ur husband's residence;

In India, u r entitled to approach the police under sections 498-A, 420 and 406 of Indian Penal Code; you can approach the authorities under the Domestic Violence Act.

u can also file a case for maintenace.

There are two actions that you may take - firstly file a criminal complaint against him including application u/s498A, and secondly file for divorce/annulemnt of marriage claiming maintenance and return of jewellery.

file a criminal compliant under dowry harrasment against your husband and in laws, then this husband will apppear and compromise at that time ask for monthly maintenance to be given and file a case in court and compromise as per your wish.

where are you now? is your husband and family harassing you in any way? if so give a police complaint. - consult a family lawyer they would guide you!

this is really cruel on the part of your husband and your in laws. you didnt mention which place you belong to. you would surely be helped by your lawyer in filing a complaint in the Women cell, maintenance application, complaint under domestic violence act and other remedies available to you. we deal with such cases all over india.

You may force all your legal right against your husband through court which are permissable to you by the prevailing law.

You may compain to the police against your husband for taking the criminal action.

you have not mentioned that which kind of justice do you want.You may file case for divorce, you can also claim maintenance and can also demand return of your jewellary and other Istridhan from your husband and his family members and if they refuse to return your articles you can proceed against them both in criminal law and civil law etc. For any other assistance/query yu may contact me.
