Me & my husband both are highly qualified and working for MNC. After divorce shall I get maintenance from my husband or not? And if I am not eligible for maintenance then what if i will leave my job or i loose my job?

Well,maintenance should be asked while Divorce case on going in the court trail itself.
You can't ask maintenance after obtaining the order for Divorce indeed.

You are entitled to live as per 'standard of living' of your husband at the time of separation. However, if you are earning 'sufficiently', you may be NOT be entitled to claim any maintenance. Besides, a "divorced wife" is also entitled to claim maintenance and she continue to be "wife" for this limited purpose [for the purposes of maintenance].
