Husband and wife has been separated due to problems in joint family.They have a son of 4 years,who has been held up with his father.mother is not allowed to see her son and talk with the child at any cause.child was threatend by father not to talk with the mother.Any way to solve this problem?

mother may file a petition for custody of the child and till she does not get the custody, seek visitation rights.
