Re : interim maintenance

Sir,

my question is that i filed a case for restitution of conjugal rights against my wife, but my wife got stayed from the hon'ble supreme court, the case was also referred to supreme lok adalat on the petition filed by my wife and now both the cases are pending for final disposal before the apex court and lok adalat. In the meantime the family court has fixed interim maintenance ex-parte.

Kindly help me how to proceed for staying the interim maintenance in the light of case filed for restitution of conjugal rights.

You should start making payment of the maintenance amount with immediate effect to avoid any adverse order.

what you asking for is a big question and the details mentioned by you are deficient. unless the entire RCR case is perused along with her petition for maintenance, it cannot be ascertained whether you will get a stay order against the execution of interim maintenance. do post all the facts or send a mail.
