Legal Question in Family Law in India

legal noitice iiird

I was asked to furnish the details of my bank loan refers to the answer to my prevoius question.

Bank loan is taken to build house. It was a joint application. I am a farmer and she is a working woman. bank accepted my land (on which house was built) and her income certificate as collateral security. She was the first applicant and signed to pay the installments of loan. but later at a dispute stage she denied to pay the loan and informed the bank. Bank asked to me pay the debt. At this condition i sold some of my property and settled the loan. never she was forced to pay the loan and it was not in a mode of cutting salary every month. she gave some signed cheques for prepayment.

But today i received an information about my legal notice and she asked the bank statements also. she repaid the loan for just 1 and half years

Now i have the title of house and bank gave me a certificate of full premature payment. all payments are done in my name. I am the sole owner of house and land

now i hope the details are enough and wonder why they seek this statements.
