Re: Marriage

According to Hindu Law, you both are major and legally entitled to marry each other and for that you both need no consent from your parents. You both can marry according to Hindu rites and custom in temple and there after may obtain marriage certificate from concerned official of the temple. Second option, you both may avail legal remedy to marry under the Hindu Special Marriage Act in India and in case if both are living outside India than in the concerned court of that country. Re: Marriage

sorry dear

you need to be 21 years of age to get legally married.

taking a girl without marriage and without the consent of her family members is a extremely dangerous deed. as you may be charged of kidnapping so dont try this. if you say that she loves you and she will not say that. but i have seen best lover girl changing her statement in pressure of her family.

so beware. love is farce

Re: Marriage

since both are major there is no prohibition for the marriage, you can go ahead with the Hindu marriage act and register in the sub-registrar's office.
