i got married in 2011 march.my husband working in singapore.he cheated with me and did not accept me as a wife.we lodged a d.v case against him but could not come to the court and also did not give me divorce..so my question is what can i do?please help us...

Please seek maintenance and the Court may grant ex parte divorce if he fails to appear on date of hearing after service of summons

if he has received summons or after receiving summons refuse to accept it than you can ask for exparte order for divorce and maintenance.
