Legal Question in Family Law in India

pls help me out.i got my order of domestic violence as 7000/- per months and to get maintenace of mu baby in crpc 125.all this are ok.but my fathe has paind him 10 lacks as dowry in by cheqye which i have shown in court,still that amount has not been order to give me back.also i am not getting the meaning of line(transfer or elinate any assets operating bank lockers or bank accounts used, held or enjoyed by both the parties jointly or by the aggrieved pertson and the opponent no1(mu husand)(singly) including her stridahn or nay other propety held either jointly by the parties or seperately without leave of this court)pls expilin its meaning i am not geeting.all the jewelleries are with him.pls sugges thow to get jewelleries and dowry amount back?

neither of you/husband can sell, mortgage or transfer to third person in any manner the assets, stridhan, joint lockers, bank account.
