Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected Sir,

i hav married since 3 years, i hav 1 child of 2yrs, but since starting there is regular annoying from wife sites, she is at her father's home from last 1 year, child is with her, my wife's father & uncles threatening me & my family, they told mar dalenge, kaat denge.

they will file fake dawry case.

What should i do?
