sir, i just want to ask u that in the presence of lawyers divorce can be finalise on the basis of mutual consent of both the parties no case file nothing

File is to be put up before court and court will decide the case.

A petition for divorce by mutual consent has to be filed in the court of District Judge of the concerned area. The divorce will be final ONLY after necessary order is passed by the court.
