Hi Sir/Madam

I would like to separate from my husband and children, because he is a sadist, I would like to stay alone is is possible legally?

Will he file a case against me? if yes what chances he have?

He is not interested to take divorce.

in case he is a sadist, why to leave children to him? you can stay alone under a decree of judicial separation. if he is not willing to divorce you, you yourself may file the same.

No one can ask you to stay with your husband though you have a right to file a criminal complaint against him too.
