what is the stage of new amendent of divorce has it become a law and if it is what are the amendents.

Based on information, the amendments have not yet become law. Though it is possible that there may be challenges to the amendment on Constitutionality grounds.

As on today no amendments have taken place and it is not become a law. Still it is a Bill passed and it has to be enacted.
