i have won my crp 125 maintanence as wife refuse to come and she is unable to prove crualty done on her. now i am going to file divorce on section 13a.
plz tell me
Q1 if i got ex party divorce or if i win the divorce case. then Does she is elegible to get any maintenance from me.

both cases are different and maintenance proceedings in S125 CrPc has got to do nothing with application for maintenance in Divorce.
