Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I have built a house in my mother's plot 4 years back that time i was in abroad , since i told my parents to live there they did invite my elder sister is staying with her kids and her husband (i have 4 sisters together) right now my mom is willing to give the house to my elder sister , my sister has been here for around 4 years now they have told the neighbors the property is belong to them. nobody knows us , they don't have the regular income ,my father is retired 4 years back and the house does not have loan on it. I have a only evidence is i did send my money through wire transfer i did give a bank check my father withdraw the money from the bank, that's all i have right now i need the house how can i claim the property in my name? is that possible?

Dear Sir,

You told that you have built the house in your mother's plot, then naturally this becomes sole mother's property,and she exerts the legal right to do so under the "law of devolution

of interest". But only thing that you have the remedy is to claim your self earned money with interest in the court of law, prior give them a legal notice, ok ?
