Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
The CC sanction letter of existing Bank contains "pari passu charge on all present and future fixed assets of the company", I am a different bank and funding (by creating charge in ROC) a new property being purchased in the name of the company, do I need a NOC from existing banker to have the first charge on new property.
