Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

I have changed my name after completion of my schooling and graduation.i have completed my education and working in a company.Right now i have received a PAN card with the new name.Can i got a job in a company who accept my new name because in my academic documents have old name.Now i am little confused wat to do bcause PAN no is permanent account no in India.Please suggest what should i do..?

you can use both your names by using Alias.
