how to comprmise in a money suit if judjement debtor agree to pay money ?

and what are the steps to follow?

you should issue a recipt after reciving the money and if the execution is pending in the court, your should place on record the copy of compromise along with a statement that you r satisfied with the compromise and do not want to pursue the case

The judgement debtor may make payment to the DH who may receive the same as 'full and final settlement' of the decree.

I think your question needs more clarity. Is the suit decreed? if it is decreed, then payment can be made in either of the ways prescribed in Order 21 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

If the suit is pending, then a compromise petition can be filed signed by the plaintiff and the defendant/s and a decree on the basis of the compromise petition can be requested to be passed.
