Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

i executed a g.p.a.in favour of my brother in 1988,ato sell my lands,as i left to U,S,he sold the lands,in 1990.so far he has not given the sold ammount.recently i revoked the g.p.a.whether i can file a suit to recover my ammount.it is clearly mentioned in the document that if any sales done the sales ammount has to be pay tome.please advice me in this matter

in case the land was sold far back in 1990 and you did not file any suit for recovery since more than 21 years, your suit may be barred by limitation unless you prove that the cause of action existed within three years prior to filing of the suit.

Dear Sir,

yes, I agree with the said Advocates. But you can try giving the condonation of delay reason through a lawyer, since you were abroad as per the G.P.A clause.
