False Case of cheque bounce
Dear Sir
One known person to me took a signed chaeque before 2 yrs and now I got a advocate notice from him for the cheque bounce case of Rs.140000/- which is totaly false.
Case reads...I a friendly loan has been taken and after recalling several times a cheque was issued and the cheque was dishnoured by the bank for insuff. fund.
Please tell me what can I do ?
