Father owned property as a tenant .He was died,after his death(karta) the head of the of family paid 32g amount in the revenue office and obtained 32m certificate and claim self acquired property can he claim as a self owned property.

If its HUF property he can't claim so. You can dispute the same by suit for partition

Your question is queit not clear. But he cannot claim as an self owned property in anyways.

i dont think that any tenant can claim right on a tenanted property as owner
