Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
My Father passed away 2 years back. As per his last registered will statement the properties are to be divided only after the demise of our mother who is now staying along with my elder brother. My younger brother is demanding his share now. Can we divide the property before her demise?

Dear Sir,
This left to you're family option, there's no hard & fast rules in your father's will, then no problem in breaking the provision of the said will , ok ? I mean this left to your family decesion, ok ?
Thank You,
