Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

as my father sold the house for 25 lakhs,but to whom we sold the house he paid 14 lakhs.nine months before.n now he is not ready to pay the remaining amt.as he is delaying.as my father illitrate.he didnt know abt the registration.he made the sighnonther papers without knowing.i to didtnt know abt that.as i m the son without my signature can it wil be registered.

so kindly give me the sagetions to solve the matter...

if the property is in Father's name your sign is not required. However for payment of Bal amount your father can issue a legal notice thru a advocate and file case for recovery and specific performance of contract.

Property is in whose possession? Your fathers or the buyers? If it is in your possession, file a suit for alternate reliefs - specific performance or cancellation of agreement.
